This Privacy Policy explains the policies and procedures of Hendrick Automotive Group, Hendrick Autoguard, Inc., Hendrick Motorsports and each of their respective affiliates, including HMS Holdings, LLC (collectively, “Hendrick”, “we”, “us” or “our”) regarding information we collect from or about our customers (both online and offline) and their use of Hendrick products and services. Hendrick’s products and services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that these individuals not provide any information to us. By providing information to us or by using Hendrick products or services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and Hendrick’s Terms of Use, which includes mandatory arbitration.

Geographic location information about an individual, vehicle or device.

Hendrick Does Not Collect or Use Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and none of our products and services are not intended for children. If we learn that a person under the age of 16 has provided personal information to us, we will delete such personal information as soon as possible.

Security & Retention Period

Hendrick seeks to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect information within the Hendrick organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us at the address at the bottom hereof.

Hendrick will retain information collected from or about Hendrick customers and Hendrick products and services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the information is no longer necessary for these purposes, Hendrick deletes it or keep it in a form that does not identify you. When determining this retention period, Hendrick takes into account various criteria, such as the type of products and services requested by or provided to you, the nature of Hendrick’s relationship with you, the impact on the services Hendrick provides to you if Hendrick deletes some information from or about you, and retention periods required by law.

If you do not want people to know your email address, for example, do not include it in any message you post publicly. How We Respond To Do-Not-Track Signals

Notice to European Union Residents

The Digital Services are intended for use solely in the United States by residents of the United States. Hendrick makes no claims that the Digital Services are appropriate for use outside of the United States. Hendrick does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from residents of the European Union. Notice to California Residents – Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Hendrick customers who are California residents to request and obtain from Hendrick once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) Hendrick disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with whom Hendrick shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
